I think it stretches the theme a little. The lighting doesn't really create an impact, just a shot late at night. Technically you have done well to capture the detail. There looks to be some distortion to the right of the building, looks as if it is falling over a bit and could be a bit sharper too.

I really like parts of this shot. The composition & subject matter are both really good, but the image quality is not great, I can't tell whether this is over processing of bad jpeg compression. The eyes look over sharpened and the edge of the nose is very soft and looks heavly cloned. This would be a 10 for me if it were not for those things. As is it a 6.
