Very nice macro. Cropped a litte tight and centered for my tastes. I wish that the flowers offered a different range of color instread of blending into the butterfly so that he would remain more the spotlight of interest (I know you have no control over nature! lol). I think the focus needs to be razor sharp to really stand out as a macro in a challenge.

This doesn't appear to be any kind of composition to me, and not in very clear focus. Interesting concept and could probably being carried out with more empasis on lighting and composition. It is also sized too far below the allowable diminisions.

On my monitor, and I think any monitor, this is appearing too dark and out of focus. The composition lacks any interest for me; either a closer macro or an off-center composition would work better in my opinion.

Too casual and out of focus for me to score well; you hit the eyes well, and the pose could be done in a very interesting way, but I feel that the photo is too candid and unfinished to do well in a challenge.
