You are my favorite. You astonish me and inspire. I can't wait to get back to my modest city of Denver, so once more I can be around the goings-on of citylife. However, England and its cities offer so much LIFE, activity and most of all character and you can capture it with expertise. Your b/w treatment is tops, literally the best I have seen, period.

If you shoot and enter challenges to score well and win ribbons then you succeeded. if you shoot and enter to share wonderful photography then you succeeded. If you shoot and enter to challenge yourself given the parameters of the topic, then I think you failed. DPC ultimately is a learning tool as we all agree. And the question I guess would be, what did you learn here?

I have you as one of my only two or three favorite photographers. I don't really add any anymore, but you have made a difference in my interpretation of photography. I happened to look at your ribbons and runner up finishes, and you must be the king of 4th and 5ths. Almost laughable, but then I look at those as successes anyway. You bring London to life, and I love London. Thanks.
