Little Natby ShelleyComment: Cute photo and nice use of selective desat. IMHO I'm not a fan of the black backdrop used here. It seems to create a formal potraiture feel to a seemingly candid moment. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Black & White and Red all over....by NobodyComment: Nice detail and focus here. The position of the three orchids adds a nice dimension to the photo. I think the shot would have benefited if it were tighter or cropped more to weight the flowers heavier in the composition. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Lime Greenby MattOComment: Nice subject you've chosen here. The detail and focus look nice. IMHO I think a tighter shot to fill the frame more with the lizard would make more of an impact and really show off the textures and details in the shot. The WB and tonality also seems a tad on the warm side with slight oversaturation of yellows. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment: I really like the idea and direction you are going with this shot. The colors and different elements add alot of interest here. IMHO the masking/blurring effect you've used detracts from the shot somewhat since the evidence of the post processing is apparent around the edges of the flowers. It lends a somewhat 'artificial' feel to the photo. I think a similar impact could have been achieved in-camera using shallow DOF and/or multipoint focus and selecting areas to focus on. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Festival of Lightsby theSajComment: Nice play on lighting effects here and good DOF. IMHO the ornament should have been wieghted heavier in the composition. Possibly a tighter shot or more crop to remove the upper-left area of the photo? Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Macawby docurrieComment: Nicely composed subject. The dark background really serves well to contrast the bright bird. IMHO the shot seems a tad soft in focus and also a little noisy. Perhaps post processing adjustments and use of Neat Image would have added to the photo? Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

..enjoy, with a chilled Sauvignon Blancby SinkyComment: Nice use of creative composition and contrasting textures in this shot. IMHO the relections make the lighting feel a tad harsh. Maybe a longer exposure under darker conditions may have helped? Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |
