Pretty Trees Fall in a Rowby NeilComment: Baeutiful colors, and I like the perspective you choce for this image. I might suggest tilting the camera a bit so the tree trunks appear more parallel with the image frame sides. By cropping out, or changing position such that the background / rightmost tree looses the whitespace it would also help to keep focus on the foliage line instead of the bright sky. Only other thing I could suggest would be to wait for different lighting so the trees were more evenly lit. Nice image! |

Autumnby GolferDDSComment: Feels like th eimage is tilted counter-clockwise, and the center path isn't lined up quite right. The foreground branch also creates a significant distraction. You nailed the theme though, and the colors in the foliage are very nice. |

Mountain Forestby Links 2 3 4Comment: Seems to be a lack of sharpness in this image, and I'm struggling to find the subject in all the business. |

Columnsby L1Comment: A bit of overexposure on the left foreground pillar bottom and not quite enough light hitting the background pillars. Seems like this shot could be improved by taking earlier in the AM or later at night... Or with some technical lighting. Definitely meets the challenge theme though. |

The Crusherby NatatorComment: Interesting subject, good lighting, but I'm not liking the perspective. I think a straight-on shot would have focused my attention on the lines more than the angle of the subject. |

Out on an adventureby JeanComment: Subtle implied lines... I'm assuming the triangle formed by the two poles was your intent? Works for me. I like the use of space to emphasize the subject's solitude. Also like the blending of water and sky tones. Nicely composed. |

B-Lineby IvoComment: Depth of field ran out a bit in the foreground, but creative background and perspective. Well done! |

Skylinesby RHoldenSrComment: The border seems to be competing with the image for my attention. I'm also not drawing any mental lines in this one as the buildings are different in shape / height. That's not reflected in my scoring, but wanted to let you know that I wasn't feeling this image on the theme as strongly as others. |
