Great expression and lighting. the soft quality of this shot works very well. I'm not sure if I would choose b/w for this image under normal circumstances, but it's a great picture none the less.

Very cool motion blur effect. I think a backround which offered more contrast would improve the image, but I like what you did with it.

I keep staring at this image trying to figure out what the mesh like surface is... Very cool combination of portraiture and abstract, and good lighting. Well done!

Nice still life, good lighting. The contrasting shapes and textures play well with the black and white treatment.

The lines in this image play well with b/w, but there's something missing... It seems to me as though this image is too literal; I'm not finding any reward for taking a second glance because I got it all in the first glance. technically good, but needs some additional soul.

Is this from a camera phone? The high ISO noise and tiny image size really make it difficult to enjoy this image.

Possibly hand-held? Seems to be lacking sharpness. I think this shot would benefit from a sunrise or sunset light ray highlighting some aspect of the composition.

I'm having trouble reconciling why this is a nude image... With the Pooh theme, it detracts from it being a figure study. The lighting doesn't play to the body's contours either. Seems like nude just for the sake of nudity.

Reflections are a big part of the appeal of this shot, and cropping the lead goose's is a problem here. Seems like a bit too tight on the top/bottom crop - needs a bit more breathing room. I would consider a vertical orientation for this shot.

This is different - haven't seen too many fireworks shots that include ground details to add to interest. I like the effect of the foreground boats. Looks like your shutter speed was dead-on as well. Seems like a bit too much ISO noise causes a distracting effect.
