I love the top 2/3rds of the image. The bottom just doesn't have the same quality to it. The top feels like a dream. The bottom feels like a dream interrupted by reality. I'd say ... just crop off the bottom.

Love the colors ... you might want to turn the sharpening down, especially around the tree. What I usually do is sharpen the whole picture, then use the History Brush to undo the sharpening around the edges that become too sharp.
