Canberra at nightby MattBComment: Outstanding conceptual accomplishment. I applaud you for your vision. The technical details, however, are somewhat deficient. It's very low contrast, especially on the right, and I think you could have gone for a tighter crop. The impact of your subject is diminished somewhat by the composition, and may have been stronger with a more centered approach. Love the border though. |

Cow in Field at Nightby pique_moiComment: I don't care for the crop and the image could have used a little more contrast. However, the emotional appeal is definitely there. This is a great idea. Keep working at it. |

Gruenby graphicfunkComment: Very well done ad, but I think with that copy, you'd have wanted to show off that curve. |

OUTBACKby DrJOnesComment: Outstanding! I feel like I'm reading SI or US News. Definitely advertisement material and belies a very talented photographer behind the lens. |

Skull Ringby pawdrixComment: While I don't care for the ring, you've created a tremendously appealing photo advertisement. Use of lighting, vignetting, shadows is just excellent. Very well done! |

Little Angelby CorwynComment: She sure is. The softness and tones are outstanding, but I think the shadows on the face are a bit too much. I'm not sure what kind of lighting you were using but there's obviously a powerful overhead providing the majority of the illumination. I envision more of a backlit bright, with soft fills coming from the front/side of the little girl to soften the shadows on her face. |

Failed Artistby DiscraftComment: Wonderful study. Like any good photo, it makes me ask questions: why? what's wrong?, etc. Excellent use of lighting and shadow. Very nice. |
