This is a perfect shot for this challenge and an excellent example of a good cntered composition. My only critique is that I think it would look better with more contrast to bring out the colors. Still, very nice job.

This is a beautiful autumn picture. You might want to raise the composition just a bit so the horizon line isn't dead center, but it still looks great like this. Really nice job.

This is a really cool shot. I like the patterned background a lot, but a light solid color would make the beans stand out better. With that BG, you might want to just have the cup in this shot. Still, really nice job with this picture.
