Pretty shot. Nice reflections from the water. I find a nice little point of interest in the light on the right edge, and it's reflection in the bottom corner. Overall, out of the 2 versions, I prefer the left one. It just seems more appealing to my eye. I think it feels "softer", which goes along with the scene, relaxing and serene.
