I think this is a very good attempt! Maybe expose a 1/2 stop to the right of where you exposed this one to see a bit more of the equipment on the bottom of the scene.

The only comment I have is the horizon line is right in the middle. I think having more of the sky and less of the water in this shot would be better.

Great use of the rule of 1/3 here. This shot has good visual weight too with the silhouetted water, big bright sun and orange sky, and the birds in the upper 1/3.
