Not really seeing the pattern theme as much as I'm seeing the yellow flower with it being different from the others as the theme.

Like the idea. Not enough contrast though. Maybe this shot underexposed by 1 or 2 stops or bring more colour to the blue part of the sky.

This is a very nice shot on several fronts...great colours, great perspective, great composure, good use of narrow depth of field, and it captures the theme of this challenge very well! Top drawer stuff!

The fence is an innocent bystander in this shot. the power lines create stronger leading lines but the ominous sky is definitely the focal point of this capture.

To bring more attention to the fence, I'd crop tighter eliminating the evergreen in the upper half of the photo.
