a bump in the road by ErinMComment: This is great! The POV along with the overall mood/tone really adds a gutteral feeling to it rather than just being a cool picture like the original was. |

River portraitby puzzledComment: ahhh - glad to see this shot made it in! Hope it does well.
I bet this will do well and will be a great double-header being member of the Week and all.
btw, I'm not registered to vote in Sweden, so I bow out gracefully from clicking a number :) |

the-forestby electrolostComment: This is exceptional! Mystic, Magical and one to sit and study.
Only suggestion I have is to remove the whitish/light blue blob-thingie at the 330px vertical & 40px horizontal area - it draws the eye there a bit too much in my opinion. |

Great use of the overlay and the border - really does this justice. |

ponderby ErinMComment: Attitude.
Judi's right about the eyes too - piercing!
Good choice on an image to use too. The textures and tone lend them selves well to adding to the overall attitude. |

This actually was a great candidate. The colors really made this work well! |

by nixterComment: First impression was that I was looking at a still from a High School movie that was shown in classroom on a pull-down screen in front of the chalkboard. I see it flickering and can hear the clacking of the cogs on the movie projector and back in the corner, Bill and Nancy are necking while the room is dark. |
