Nice scenery -- a little dark, but nice. However, with the flower as the primary point of interest, it would have been better (I think) with it more forward facing.

I like the curves of the lines and the contrast between the regular and rigid pattern of foreground and the complex patterns of barely controlled chaos in the background. I do not see how the drop-shadow border added to the composition however.

Points for an interesting frame, but the white corners bring out the reflections on the lamp making them seem almost blown out. A more neutral color would have been better.

The DOF needed to be a bit larther to include the entire flower. Nice colors though.
