It's too dark to see most of the wheel! I think a little more light to add some detail to the shadows would help.

The bright window in the background is distracting and it looks like it caused the foreground to be underexposed. Maybe use a flash next time or try from a different angle.

Too much contrast in the photo- It looks like the exposure is right for the frame and the bright parts of the fern and all of the detail in the shadows is lost.

I would have preferred a little more DOF. It is distracting having the back edge of the wheel out of focus. Nice lighting and contrasts.

I'm torn on how to vote! Technically, the photo seems too busy with all of the wires running through it at different angles, but seeing it from the point of view of the poor child who lost his or her kite adds some powerful emotion to the photo.
