Hat and Chair Studyby nsmithComment: My eye cannot stop staring at the arc of light painted above the chair. The blinds are also distracting. 4 |

Calla Lilyby Keith ManiacComment: Framing is nice. Lighting is almost perfect (would like a teensy bit less glare on the left). A bit of noise that distracts me. I can identify the problems, but unfortunately offer no solutions. My own attemptt would have tielded similar results. 5 on technical merit, but giving it a 6 for the thoughtfulness in composition and particularly how the stem is lit. |

Lake Bionicleby whatdewucComment: Clever. Nice dof choice. would like the face a tad sharper. Also there seem to be compression artifacts in the water. 5 |

Yeux Silencieuxby film_de_verreComment: IMO this suffers dramatically from over processing. It was obviously intentional, but does not suit my taste. 3 |

Markenby AzrifelComment: Very nice tonal range. The lights and darks really capture me in t his shot. Once I notice the leaning tower, it's really hard to pull my eye away from it. Is this lens distortion? 7 |

Asiatic Lilyby vontomComment: This is nicely composed, but oversharpened. Softness would have added to this shot. Also, the grays are a bit flat. 5 |

Marchby PedroComment: The skin tones suffer as a result of the boosted saturation. Her pose is nice, but her feet are not pretty (probably the angle); however cropping them out doesn't work either. A good effort. 6 |
