Yet another bug, but a good one! Good image well focused and exposed. Nice reflections. Contract with black background is striking. I probably shouldn't be, but I'm bothered just a little because the light border line seems to go under the bug. And yet, just as I say I'm bothered, it does work pretty well. Never mind about the border comment.

Yet another bug. Still I like almost everything about this photo except the placement of th subject. SLIGHTLY greater DOF might have also helped. It's tough, because the buggars won't stand still. Good image with high degree of difficulty.

Good workman like photo but the subject isn't that interesting. Perhaps a different composition would raise the interest factor. Lighting seems a bit flat. Stronger shadows of the strings might have given the photo greater depth.

The small size will damage the scores on this worthy image. The size is 180x266. Try for an image size where the shortest side is no smaller than 400 if your camera supports it.

I like the feel of the image. The colors are good. One of the best I've seen so far. The out of focus green blob in the upper right distracts my eye. After the challenge is over, I'd like to learn how you did it.

This made me smile. Love those fuzzy caterpillers. Composition is the weakest part of the photo. Central placement of the subject loses some of the dram of the picture.
