Heartby pitsamanComment: I love the simplicity of this image. The stem winding through the image gives the eye something to follow and the leaf is so strong that it keeps the eye from running off image. The highlight at the top on the stem provides the perfect lead in too. Well done (9) |

Touched by the Evening Light by librodoComment: What a beatiful image. Excellent use of light and a very thoughtful, peaceful pose. I matbe would have cropped a little from the left - but that's just me being picky. Very well done (9) |

Sunset at Kinderdijkby willemComment: This is simply one the best sunset images that I have ever seen. Composition and exposure are perfect. What more can I say except 10/10. Awesome work. |

Glowing Brideby trying2bstillComment: The only real problem I have with this image is that the brides head lacks form as a silhouette behind the veil. Maybe that's the desired effect, but I can't help but wonder what this image would look like if you could see a silhouette of the brides face. |

Pretty Weedsby ChefbozComment: Good DOF and exposure. The composition however is too dead centre for this type of image. Just try cropping some off the left side as there isn't anything of value on that side anyway. |

Shined Up For The Showby GallatinComment: The people in the background are quite distracting and I find my eye wondering towards them. Maybe try to get in a bit closer to the subject and improve the angle so you can cut the distractions out and include more of the other cars. A shallower DOF would also work to separate the subject from the rest of the image. |

Erin's Inspirationby christyrackComment: This image appears to lack contrast and is a little washed out. Try adjusting your levels or curves to maybe boost the midtones and darken the shadows a little. Maybe also increase saturation a tad if the levels or curves didn't already do that. Also check your monitor calibration - if that's out too far you're in a spot of bother. |

Trout Bridgeby KaDiComment: Looks like a lovely spot. Your exposure seems quite good too. The only thing that I would suggest is to play with some different perspectives to get some interest in the subject - the bridge just seems a little flat and acts as a separation between the water and the trees instead of complimenting the image. The bridge would make an ideal lead in if viewed from a more acute angle. |
