Why, oh, why didn't you shoot BEFORE the swing to capture the 3 I assume is on his shirt? Looks like the camera focused on the dugout- it's a little sharper than the players.

Great capture. A little soft. Unless your white balance was WAY off, it looks like this would have been a fabulous color shot.

A little underexposed- might have been a good place to force a fill flash. Good find. How'd you narrow them down to ONLY three? ;-)

Good find. One of the better entries. Looks like you were at your zoom limit and oversharpened to compensate- there is some pixelization aroud the cranes.

Good idea, but the unfortunate highlight on the big tree makes it look like two (and therefore 4 in your shot). The harsh light keeps the subjects from standing out.

No question about meeting the challenge. ;-) The grayscale background is a good idea, but possibly overdone. The result makes the ball look like a flat illustration. The bottom edge and the ball's shadow could stand a bit more light.

Cool smoke and nice DOF. The burning areas look dull for some reason, like the red channel was desaturated. The composition is kind of scattered with no obvious focal point- if the sticks were on a diagonal, it might form a nice path for your eye to follow.

Confusing. The top is overexposed and the centered floodlight becomes a major element here. Looks like you cropped a lot to get to this point- was there any more at the bottom that would allow you to center the shields?
