nice image, but your wheel is completely hidden in darkness. better lighting or a different angle would have brought forward as a stronger subject.

I like this effect, but the hot spot in the reflection is really distracting. I would have gone for a slightly longer exposure, and let the tire travel into the right third of the frame.

a tire is not a wheel - no points off, just an observation. the image is well produces, but a bit static. maybe this tire needs a giant nail or something to give this image some life.

tires are not wheels - no points off for that. the foggy background is a bit weird, and the mid- to background object dsitract my attention from the subject of the tires.

focus is almost completely lost, exept for the sign in the background. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be the focus of the image or not, but my attention is drawn to it. the bright pattern in the upper right is eye-catching too.
