I really like the composition of the shot, especially the softness of the flame coupled with the crispness of the 'fire flies'

Your cooker looks a little like mine, needs cleaning!
The background has a refelction that distracts me from the subject. The point of focus appears to be the front of the ring and I'd have liked to have seen it on the labe. A well cropped picture and I like the idea of fire, what is the bottle?

I liked the composition of this shot and am suprised there were not more sun images. I had to download the picture to see the foreground (I need to sort out my monitor). the red sky at the top seems a too manipulated, maybe its my monitor again?

I do like this picture but think there is a little too much 'dirt' around the left edge of the glass and noise? at the bottom. I understand the 'fire' element of the sauce but don't really think it fits the challenge (maybe I've become a dpc purist?)

My personal thought is a ribbon is on its way!
Talk about cliches, but this is probably the best match shot I have seen. Focus is spot on and the straight lines of the smoke turn what might have been a good shot into a winner, the title also leads me to think of the 'other' person (so simple but yet conveys so much)

Trying to find a negative I'd say the match may be a little overexposed

If the brown stone wasn't there I'd like this picture, I'm glad it is as it really adds to the scene, lovely shot. Not exactly a technical comment but this picture sends my mind driffting, rather than see the textures I can feel them.
