The first thing that grabbed my attention was the framing. Intentionally limiting what we know about this places surroundings. The cool tones and few clumps of unkept shrubs are not very inviting. The single tree in the distance offers some hope. Your notes on the image help narrow the story.

It's a disappointing score but you knew it was an unconventional image when you decided to enter. I'm glad you did! If this image score 6 or higher I probably wouldn't have comment or spent more that a few seconds taking it in.
