Greens pop too much with the sun already over the horizon. With a little desaturation and careful dodging you could still have highlighted the swing without the hot spot in the center. Potentially 7 or 8. Right now? 5

Straighten the horizon and crop down to a nice landscape format and you've got a winner. Would sort of like to see where the bird meets the water.

It's such a great scene, except that foreground with is SO distracting. stick the horizon at the bottom 1/3-ish, do away with the rocks and walk away with at least an 8. As is, 6.
