Bound by Preconceptionby fas-ligandComment: Morning Fas,
Nice image, the composition is well done the framing also is good with one minor exception. I would have liked to have seen a little more room given at the bottom of the frame that last chain link needed just a wee bit of room. The elbow area needs a bit of sharpening. |

Redneck Dental Planby JohnnyflashComment: Morning flash,
Funny & creative. The only problem for me here is the visual effect used here, it makes the whole image look out of focus. |

Habor Chainsby pipersdComment: Morning pipersd,
I do not like he compostion here. To busy, my eye wonders all over the place. The white rope, the boat, the post & chain. There is way to much cloud seen here, cropping just above the boats mast would have been just right. The water also has been burned to much (obvious). Perhaps a different angle or possibly depth of field blurring the boat would have helped here.

Chain Gang Signsby ColeyComment: Morning Coley,
Nice image. The comp is well done & your toneal rangers are excellent. Two things here do need addressing. His right hand seems a bit washed by refection of light, & there is something missing. Mood or expression just seems image is to clean. |

CONFINEDby JawnyRicoComment: Morning Ja,
Very nice & interesting image. The shadow coming down his right side is a little disconcearning. His leg (closest to window) is a wee bit to dark for me. That being said wonderful image. |

Fisher's Coveby patio127Comment: Morning Patio 127,
Nice image, really get the sence of tranquility and warmth here. Exposure is nice, good detail all around including the piece of land sticking out, nice work there. Tonality is good and I like the use of the palms here nice effect they give overall scale to the image. The only thing is the compostion the image as a whole is to centered ( top to bottom ) the sun & it's ray come right down the middle of the image and we see just a bit too much water in the foreground, a little cropping here would have be justifyed. With that being said the way you captured the image clearly seems to work here. This is a wonderful image all the way around, nice work !!!. I would have scored it much higher.

phhtttt...A wild, wet, slobbery raspberry!by WriteHeartComment: Hello Writeheart,
The framing here is well done, Nice to see the catch light in the eye a must for any closeup wildlife good job there. The background however is a killer, the white is very distracting & the tree limbs keep drawing me away. The focus seams a wee bit soft ( hand held) I assume.I also see just a bit of a hotspot on the right side of the face just above the nose to the eye. Overall though you did a great job under the conditions put in front of you. |

Lighting the Fog by NuzzerComment: Hi Nuzzer,
Love the compostion, two leeding lines work wonderful the bush & the grass very nice touch. Like the placement of the tree clearly giving scale to the entire image. Don't think you got up to late either, the fog is just right thick enough to see clearly yet thin enough to peer through very well done. The only thing here that needs addressing is he hot spot (sun) polerizing filter may have toned down the glare & given you a deeper blue sky. With that being said, this is a wonderful image. Great framing, nice colors, & a stunning visual effect, A truly stunning image....Great job.
