The sun dominates the picture too much and there is a sun spot in the lower left. I can't say I like the angle and I don't see what is in focus. I've found if you position yourself so a rock or tree (or anything) blocks the sun the photo comes out much better and you still get the effect I think you were trying to catch.

My kind of goals! The hat makes a great background, well set up. The lighting may be a bit too much, the ash tray seems too bright and the glare off the bottle is distracting. Still a good shot though.
