This is a really interesting shot. Would have worked as well if shot from ground looking up into the net, but I realize that may have been hard to accomplish. Like the saturation. There's a bit of harsh light in the ball that is distracting, but other than that it's very good.

With so many different subjects, I need just one thing (a ball or a bat) to really grab my interest. Maybe by using a shallow depth of field and doing almost a macro on a ball or a bat to then draw me into the picture would have worked better.

This could have ben really good, but I need something to draw my eye in - something really prominent right in the right or left would have worked (by taking almost a macro close up of one of the paddles looking into a narrow depth of field may have worked. I'm not sure where to look first because there's nothign to draw my eye into the image.

Try to think about negative space and rule of thirds. This is a good idea, but it's very distracting in the negative space - the pipes in behind. Also, the lighting is okay, but the colours need to be more saturated.
