First Insect Macroby BruBComment: I think this is the best composition I've seen so far in this macro challenge. I really love the way you balanced the shot. the colours are amazing. Also, I like that you move the eye from the bee to the background rather than having the bee look straight at you. I find it amazing that this is your first macro shot. You obv. have a knack for this. I'm giving it a 10. I wonder if people will mark you down (just subconsciously) for saying it's your first macro though. I once put something similar in my title (I think I said unedited) and got totally burned. one guy said he marked me down for ruining my title. Hope that doesn't happen to you. This is a ribbon shot if i ever saw one. |

Choose Prideby hannafateComment: A really awesome idea for this challenge! The only thing i really notice is that there seems to be a lot of noise and compression artifacts in teh photo which almost make it look like it's not quite in focus. It may have been when you resized. The colours are really good though - esp. in the flag- they really stand out. I also like the shallow DOF. - 8 |

Twisted Rideby sahkoComment: Oh man! This is definitely one of the best. I predict a ribbon. This has great lines and movement. A really nice capture and you really got great depth, awesome tones adn colours and contrast. Just a brilliant composition. I'm sure you didn't have long to compose so that makes it even better 10 |

It's a Volvoby PaulkComment: Really excellent caputre. I'm sure you didn' thave a heck of a lot of time to compose the shot, but the lines and movement in it are amazing. Great action scene. Plus, the colour saturation is dead on. You obviously have a great camera and a great eye - 10 |

The Landingby terjeComment: Holy cow! This is a great shot and is very well composed. On my monitor, some of the parts are slightly too dark (around the right back wheel), but overall the tones are very good. Excellent - 10 |

Crossfire Abstractby tyt2000Comment: Really glad someone decided to do a close crop of a car feature rather than just taking a photo of a car sitting on a road. This one is particularly interesting and compelling becaues of the black and white. The contrast is just excellent. The tones are pitch perfect. The composition is a work of art 10 |
