Vanityby albc28Comment: Very nicely lit from the front and the back. Her pose/posture and the large amount of foreground that she occupies makes her look a little bigger than I think she is (she's a very lovely model). 7 from me. |

Playfulby choltmeierComment: I like the comp and the crop on this one very much. The red glasses and the red shirt are great together. I think if you had stopped down a little more so that her mouth was in better focus if would have even more impact, since the mouth expression is very much part of the image. To me, the glasses look like the sharpest thing in the image. The eyes look a bit softer. I gave it a 7, possible focus issues notwithstanding. I really like it. |

The mirror of your soulby GlanniComment: I think if you are going to do a just-eye image you need to get some light into the eye to bring out the shape and different colors and give it some life. Whatever your light source was here (it looks like it was from below) was not getting into the eye at all. |

growthby MephistoComment: I like your low angle here. I think it really emphasizes the pregnant belly and make it the subject of the iamge. A beautiful maternity portrait. |

Bass Faceby maynerd12Comment: I gave you an extra point for getting a catchlight into the dark eye on such a dramatically lit portrait. I like the lighting highlighting the face and the neck of the guitar. 7 from me. |

You're Nextby TCGuruComment: Kind of creepy for a little kid photograph, but it certainly has personality and all of my kids have exhibited that personality at one time or another for sure. 7 from me. |

Melancholiaby Bear_MusicComment: This is one of the few parital face portraits that seems to me like it was intentional and framed that way in camera, instead of being an afterthought crop. Love the DOF and lensbaby focus. The colors and the graininess in the processing perfectly contribute to the mood of the image. 8 from me. |

Ambitiousby TygerrComment: Cool setup. I love the bright yellow wall behind that contrasts with the dark suit. The hard lighting and shadows work really well, too. 8 from me. |
