great colours & super sharp where it counts! I find the composition appealing, & think it would make great greeting card. Also I have seen lots of flower shot exactly like this printed on canvas and mounted and they look really effective... sell for quite a $$$! ;)

I really like this shot, I agree about the reflections, but i don find them too distracting as i'm too wrapped up in taking the rest of the image in! I'm sure an hour or so on PS might sort it out! I find the image freakishly futuristic, i doubt you've seen te film "virus" but it reminds me of that. Great spotting, I dont think you could improve you omposition or exposure.

I wont comment on how this fits the challenge. I do think the photo in itself it quite well taken, composition is ok as well. On this monitor at least it looks like there is a bit of purple fringing around the letters but thats not too distracting. I think the reason it didnt do as well as youd hope is because of the subject rather than the way it was taken, thats just an observation of DPC. So dont be too down!
