Detail of the Pilkington system used for the glass system at SeaTac Airport. The slight aberation is caused by the tint on the window which was greatly reduced by using a CPL but still a few remain.

I'm not too thrilled about the reflection of the neon sign against the glass but it will have to do. I am trying not to do as much post processing on the new images I've uploaded.

Very nice perspective and interesting subject. Personally I like the reflections. Adds more to the photo in the way of just where you are. Nice compositon and placement as well.

I really like this shot, I agree about the reflections, but i don find them too distracting as i'm too wrapped up in taking the rest of the image in! I'm sure an hour or so on PS might sort it out! I find the image freakishly futuristic, i doubt you've seen te film "virus" but it reminds me of that. Great spotting, I dont think you could improve you omposition or exposure.

hi rikki11,
i have to agree with your thoughts on the neon reflection in your image. i do like the reflection of the support pole in the pic. the lines are crisp and clean, and there's a nice range of color shades...makes me think that this could be a cool architectural detail if done as a b&w. what'cha think? (i know you said you were trying to keep down the post processing...)

Looks great and from the kit lens which everyone bags, just show you it's what is behind the camera that counts! The shadow on the pole the reflections and the colour, particularly the blue sky and the colour of the metal make this one.

Hehe, I thought from the thumb it looked like the mast of a ship too :-) , and I was even in the navy for 9 years, sheesh!
This is a really cool pov, rikki. I like the reflection also, and there is some real good detail in the mechanical linkage.

I really like this - it looks like one thing but it's another. The lines are cool and i like the perspective you chose. You might try cropping a little on the left but other than that, good job
