Under the Boardwalkby docjonnyComment: interesting composition. reminds me of Margaret (MNet) images with the long exposure on the water making it look more like fog and ice.
i can see this being part of a multi-part image (or broken apart) and hanging inside the offices of managers in the area i work in, so yes, i think this qualifies nicely as "art" |

This image definitely fits with the style of so many of the images we've seen from Jagar, but i don't think this is his entry.
