seems like a very early morning shot, which isn't the same as a late night shot (though some people don't see the difference).
way too golden in tone for me.

lovely glow to the scene, but doesn't feel late at night as a result. i'd say this seems more like you took a picture from the west around dawn, the only real telltale marker contrary to this is the headlights going down the road on the right.

i'm not voting so as to not bias my own image placement, but i'd have given this a 6...maybe a 7....just doesn't feel 'night-ish' enough despite being very glossy and pretty
