Wow. Nice shot. just the kind of thing I the challenge was supposed to be (at least in my mind). The softness of light and the subject and texture, line, reflection and the dab of color is perfect. I also like the way you have balanced the white on the edges and corners.

Nice idea but two things, the pose is a bit 'stiff' for the mood being depicted. Another idea is if you could make the feet 'dirty' to invoke irony.

This is a pretty picture with some color in eyes, ears and nose. Two things could improve this shot 1. you are still way below blowing out the highlights, so you could use that ceiling. 2. The picture has a soft subject, but a little sharpening would improve it. If you increased the contrast a little, probably you could go without extra sharpening.

The slender stems mixed with sparkling flowers. Almost parallel lines of stems and oval/circular flowers. Dark lines and light flowers with dark grey flower heads. Good choice to present in B & W.
