Well positioned, I like how you captured the double yellow lines as they end and the dirt road begins. I wonder, though, if you had waited a little longer if some stars might have come out; that would bring some interest to the sky.

In my opinion, this could have been improved by:
1. Going closer to the wall if possible, to eliminate the bike
2. Straightening the horizon
3. Cloning out the blobs from a dirty sensor or lens in the sky.
The tones & colors look good though, reminds me of a Fuji print film.

Beautiful sky. Great job capturing detail in the buildings at the bottom while keeping the highlights toned perfectly. I might have burned out the bright lights at the bottom right corner though. Still excellent overall.
