	Across the Board by raish Comment: Sorry, but IMHO the description was pretty clearly that the photo should look like a black and white picture, not symbolize the many possible meanings of black and white.

	Coco by socalsteve Comment: A tighter crop could have eliminated the colored background, improved the image and made the picture fit the challenge. Black and white in color means figure out a way to eliminate the color as much as possible. A small accent, maybe, but this does not meet the challenge.

	Lost in the gray city by kiskat Comment: But not gray enough. Sorry, but this barely meets the challenge, with the flesh tones, the colored lights in the backgroundand the color in her hair. Any one would have been OK, but there's just too much color here.
