Keeping the young scientist in soft focus to emphasize the microscope was a great idea. Unfortunately, the glare off her glasses brings my attention right to that spot.

At this level of closeup, the leaf looks like a river with irrigation channels. And, in a way, that's what those veins are. Brilliant idea, beautifully executed.
