I like the composition, however, my 2¢

the mill is old, but your editing is very bright and colorful....it's creating a conflict. Conflict can be good, but I don't think it is working in this image. I personally would have toned down the colors to make the image feel a bit more old to tie it in more closely with the mill.

o0o0o0o Motion blur ftw. perfect exposure, nice reflections. The top of the buildings it getting a touch dark and fading into the sky, but other than that, nice job.

nice warm tones. I like how you left the weeds growing on them, some people would have tidied them up before taking the photo. The natural decay of plant life adds to the shot.
