Teddy needs a hug...by SamaraComment: The top to bottom angle and the dark lighting magnify the sense of lonliness. My initial reaction was very negative, but I came back to this photo several times. Each time I revisited, it spoke more to me. |

Alone on a Limbby BigMoComment: Excellent use of DOF and rule of thirds. The sharpness of the leaf contrasts very well with the background. It would have been ideal if there were no leaves in the background, however, blurring them still allows the point to be made. |

All alone at the gameby fas-ligandComment: A nice interpretation of the challenge, but the subject is too far right and hard to spot as a result. She may have been better sitting two rows down in seat #20. I do like the use of orange though. |

Do Calves Get Lonely?by DiamondPeteComment: The calf is almost unnoticeable. At first I thought the subject was the duck in the lake. It wasn't until I read the title that I realized there was a calf on the shore. |

.....But At Peaceby BLEEComment: I really like this picture. I think a clear bright blue sky would have improved it, however, the clouds certainly don't hurt it. Nice job. I look forward to the end of the challenge to find out where this was taken. |
