Very vibrant and strong colors. The only downside is that the image looks a bit grainy.

Great macro. I would have increased the DOF some to place more of the flower in focus however. Leaving only the back pedals out of focus could have been better.

Nicely composed. I like the way you captured the color in both the lenses and the shadow. The cropping is a bit too tight however. I don't mind the right lense being cropped, but the top half of the right temple should have been within the frame.

Nice colors and a beautiful bird. I particularly like the use of depth of field. It suits the image well. I would have liked to see the entire bird rather than cropping the right wing however.

This photo lacks photographic integrity. The point of photography is to capture reality, not to distort reality. As digital art, your image is quite nice, but it's not photography. (I am open to the posibility that I am wrong and the grass was actually sprayed with orange chalk. If so, please let me know and I will re-judge this photograph based on the new knowledge)

Globally changing the colors from reality removes phtographic integrity. All senses of reality have been removed from this photo. As digital art, it is an interesting piece, but I wouldn't consider it photography. (Unless viewing negatives)

Very nice interpretation of the challenge. The depth of field really adds much dimension to the overall image. I wish I had something to say to help you improve, but I can't think of anything.

Hydrant

Hydrant

Comment:
This is a wonderful picture. If you have access to this area, you may want to consider composing the photograph so that the hydrant is less prominant, maybe in one of the top corners. For the challenge, the foreground focus on the hydrant is understandable, but for prosperity, I think distancing it may show better.

The idea is cute but the execution leaves me confused. The carrot is used to motivate someone to move forward yet your subject should be motivated to stay put. Maybe I am looking to deep into this.

You are really pushing the boundaries of 'orange' here. It's just enough to let slide though. The photograph itslef is very emotive and well taken. The background is the only part that I find lacking. While the use of negative space is nice, the blending in of the white stripes and the wall is a bit distracting. It kind of gives the impression that the arms aren't attached.
