Blown Awayby scooter88Comment: An excellent and unique interpretation of the challenge. Nicely composed, nicely framed, and nicely executed. |

Two Eyes Behind Fourby karmatComment: The softness of the entire image (in color, focus, and contrast) exhibits a very relaxing sense. I like it. |

Peek-a-Booby senor_kasperComment: This photo is proof of the difficulties of taking outdoor photographs in the mid-day sun. The bright section of the trunk overpowers the softness of the child (beautiful capture of the soft skin tone, btw) and also contrasts with the sudden jump to shade on the right side. |

The Searchby APComment: Lovely shot of Grand Central. I like the contrast between the color tone and the people standing which portrays calmness vs the blurred walkers and the location which hints towards urgency. |

Hide'n'Seekby IraklisComment: The lighting on the subject is a bit dark, perhaps as a result of trying to black out the interior. Perhaps using depth of field to blur the interior background could have worked nicer. |

Royal Intrigueby 1m1AComment: Interesting use of DOF. Personally, I would have changed two things; only have the one card face up, and cover more of the queen, leaving just the eyes. Those recommendations are just for the sake of the theme, not on the photo itself. |

Help Me...by tfarrell23Comment: While nice in and of itself, the photo could really have been nicer if you shot at a shallower angle allowing more of the fence to show to the right. Then, with a shallow depth of field, the right sight of the fence could be forced out of focus. (Of course, this is assuming that they is actually enough fence to do this) |

When Irish Eyes Are Smilingby bvyComment: Yikes. I am sitting here at my computer, it's 1:30 at night. The room is dark, I vote on a photo and then this comes up on my screen. Well, I'll admit it. I jumped. LOL
Photo wise, yeah, it's a bit grainy. But I think it goes well with the subject. Nicely done. |

The One's Who Watch Usby GiorgioComment: I may be crazy here, but the face gives an idea that he is propping himself up to peek over the wall, yet the hands look like they are holding the wall up instead of pushing down on it. I admit that I have a skewed view of many things, but it seems kinds of unbalanced as a result.
Regardless, photographically speaking, it is very nicely composed. |
