	The Gumshoe Cracks the Case by sailracer_98 Comment: cracks the case...and then gets bumped off! This is a nice setup (no pun intended!) and the shadows and lighting work really well here.

	Young Humphrey Bogart and his Leading Lady relax... off the Set by Lydia Comment: Very cool. Almost an outtake or "ruined" film image with a double exposure, this really seems to tell a story. Very nice effect.

	There was a desert wind blowing that night.... by Hussar1812 Comment: This is definitely noir-ish. It's dark and feels well done. Somehow the huge plant adds a lot to the photo for me. Like the "director" of your movie said "I don't care, we've got a story to tell!" I don't think I'm explaining that well, but I'm bumping this to an 8.
