The totally unnecessary border (IMO) takes it into an unfortunate commercial realm of a greeting card, which is a pity. I decreased the score to 7. |

Spring in Bloomby KarenNfldComment: Candy sweet and nice, of course. This rule of thirds annoys me sometimes. The flower could go higher to show more of its slender stem and more centered; I incline unintentionally the head to the left. |
