Grizzly Warningby ccraftComment: Wonderful shot--good sharpness and DOF. Or was the background darkened in PS? It seems there's some light halos by the top of his head, and by his lower right fang. |

Wild Tule Elkby sfaliceComment: Great find and capture. One small nit: the eye does not look sharp--it looks like focus was just a bit in front of it (body and antlers are sharp) |

Autumn Leavesby typologicComment: This is super. I've been shooting similar shots this week, but none so nice! |

Pure Growthby camiloComment: This is potentially an interesting shot, but the foreground blurred flowers are too distracting. What's your subject here? Note that the challenge was wildlife, not wildflowers. |

Impressionsby KaDiComment: Really a nice photo--I like the diagonal composition. The leaves in the mud are a worthy photo by themsekves. Is that a starfish or something in the water--it's too dark for me to tell. It would have been good to use a reflector here to get rid of the shadow over the water. |

Go Southby jonrComment: A good capture of the duck/goose but the PS work on the sky is too obvious and detracts from this otherwise interesting photo. Also, ignoring the sky for a bit, a faster shutter speed would have frozen the wings better (though some may like the sense of motion , to me they just look blurry. |

"Wild Time in the Old Town Tonight"by tfarrell23Comment: Well, it's quite a sight, but of course technically this photo suffers from the angle relative to the animals, and the blown out background. I think a tight crop would have been better than including the background , especially on the right. |

Chistina and Sara. Wild? You'd better believe it!by livingfictionComment: Cute shot; very good technically, though I think the composition is too tight on the top, and the shadow figure upper left is distracting enough that I would have cloned it out. These comments notwithstanding, I don't see this meeting the challenge. |
