It's unfortunate that the photo is so blurry -- I love the motion going up the escalator, and the people going about their morning, but if you had mounted the camera on a sturdy tripod and made the escalator, the rails, walls and roof static, whilst capturing motion all around it, it would have been a more powerful shot.

I like the border and the second and third photos..
I'm not particularly keen on the first one though. He doesn't appear to be part of the 'story' you're telling with the other two shots.
Still, a good idea and composition. 7.

I'd say this will be a big contender for a ribbon.
The only issue I have with it is the 'runner' in the shot, and the appearance of water being thrown at him from behind.
I understand the water on the swimmer, and the sweat coming out of the biker, but having had been part of marathons, I'd say I would be rather annoyed if someone followed me with a bucket of water..
Still, you have stopped the motion of the water which gives the photo great dynamics. 9 from me.
