You really shouldn't shoot at 5.6 when doing landscapes, really needs to be 8 or higher. I see that you had your ISO up and the shutter speed was still pretty slow. I'm guessing it was pretty dark. So you would have need a tripod to get a really effective photo in this situation. If it was me taking this photo I would have bumped my aperture way up and put my ISO way down to 100 and gotten a really cool long exposure. As is I think it's the wrong time of day for the shot you were taking. The bridge is too dark and I can't see any detail in it. You might be able to lighten it up a bit with processing.

Pretty much what I said on the other photo applies here as well. You also have blown highlights in the waves and the sky. But with the right processing and straitening the horizon this photo could be pretty great.

I second what was said about the horizon, Also the water needs brightening up the clouds are too bright. you have blown highlights all throughout. When doing clouds they should have some bright spots but nothing should be totally blown. When I look at this photo my eye should go toward the water but the clouds brightness distracts and I end up looking more at the clouds. Lighten up the water and darken the clouds and you should have a much better photo.

This one has blown highlights all across the right side of the face, that is what I notice the most more than the eyes being out of focus. I think it is fine to have one eye in focus but it should be the front eye. When you use a large aperture like 4.0 you will most likely have focus problems. I don't shoot portraits at anything above 7.1 for portraits.

Great subject and very fun, but I think it would have been better with a bright white background. And you lose the stem in the black background of the base.

This one is the lighting, it is too dark. The background is perfect but I would have lit the daisy much brighter. to stand out against the chain.

Lighting is good maybe a tad dark in the lower left corner. Not sure why this didn't score better. Might just be the subject that didn't click with everyone. I have that happen often, on one of my current entries I think the photo is flawless should be scoring much higher than it is but I think the subject is too much for some people.
