Jewelersby oksamitComment: Why is the center text all blurry? It's on the same focal plane, isn't it? That's really too bad because this is such a well composed picture. |

Coal made once the world go 'round by Harz_JoergComment: I'm not a big fan of neat image but on this one it improved the luminosity(?) so that's a plus, but it left smudgy areas (the right side of the hand and his fingers mostly) so that's a minus. I like the composition and the fact that the hand is covered with the coal dust and it's even under the nails. That makes it more real. I think I would like this more if the noise had been left in or even increased. 7 |

Two generationsby rhipsterComment: This is a pleasant photo to look at. The orange band gives it a bit of visual appeal. To me, the blue tone on the black hats gives it an underexposed feeling. Perhaps if it was toned sepia, I wouldn't feel that it is underexposed? |

Save the rain forestsby tariqueComment: Mostly well exposed, some of the highlights are overexposed. The yellow and green adds a dynamic touch. I'm giving this a good score,7. Beautiful sculpture.
These are personal reflections on this image: I would like it cropped at the wrist so the hand fills the frame. I'm wondering how it would have looked with the weed repeating the movement of the fingers by being turned 90 degrees. |

Spilled Blackby MickComment: Original idea. I like the abstract quality to the picture and also the starkness.

My Black Beautiesby MikeOComment: Interesting choice of border. The color of sunshine and happiness. You must feel good when you wear these boots! The only thing I would think about improving is the heel, or lack thereof. |

Seeker in the Darknessby moodvilleComment: I like the strength in this picture. The verticals are pleasing. I don't know about the round thing with the holes. It seems to dilute the strong composition and it has some dust(?) on it that is distracting. I don't know what it is so I have to think of it in terms of an abstract. |
