Good portrait of the dog with all the tonal range captured. With all that snow(?) on him/her, it might have been fun to show a little of the surroundings.

The model looks relaxed and competent at the activity she is engaged in. The pov really works nicely. I think I would have used a little less dof to make the model more of the focus of the picture. If she is a friend, you might reshoot this with the sun hitting her from the back and with more distance between you and her. That way you could get all the rod and line in the picture. I think fly fishing pictures are great just because of the interesting pattern the line makes.

Interesting composition. The two dominant red blocks help anchor the shot and the horizontal sign adds some zing to it. It looks a little soft, but that could be because of the resizing. I would have cropped out the part of the building in the background with the writting on it because the half letters distract from the composition.

Technically very good. Nice even lighting. That's some serious red on her head. Beautiful. Expressive face. I might have tucked the hand on the right under her arm also to hide the nails and also to give a stronger vision of rebellion.

Nice dof and pov. I don't know, but I think that a more colorful background would have added some more punch to this. But what can you do? You gotta take them where they are. I might have cropped out whatever that is up in the top left.

I think this is a tv? It seems to be oof and grainy. I'm not going to mark you down a lot for the subject. If I was voting subjectively you'd get a 1.

I find apples are the almost perfect subject to practice on. Good lighting and composition. The handle looks too blurry for some reason. I hate to say it, but your score is lower than it would have been without the filter. Sorry.

Elegant. Red makes everything look so rich. I like the styling and the pov. It looks like the food in oof, but maybe it's because you had to resize the picture. The only thing about the set up that I would change are the flowers. The whole setting would have been more "real" with real flowers. There are a couple of technical problems but altogether, a nice entry.

Maybe a subtitle of "The Risk Takers" would have been apt? I saw this when I did a quick take on the thumbnails and hoped there was something very witty or funny on the cover. Oh well. The picture is adequate and different and the model looks very professional. Hope you do well.

Very dramatic. It looks like someplace I wouldn't want to be. The waves really add a wild mood to the shot.
It looks as if you got some compression artifacts. It's most obvious in the sky. Try saving the original as a tiff and editing that, then convert back to jpeg before you submit it to the challenge. I apologize if you didn't get the artifacts from editing the picture as a jpeg.
