Nice shot, lighting a bit harsh, I can picture this photo with warmer colour tones with afternoon or early morning sun.

The door knob at the top of the photo is really distracting as its the biggest and darkest thing in your shot and is out of focus, it competes too much with the key hole.

Could have been really good, excellent subject matter, pity it was cropped too much at the top maybe a portrait shot would have been better. Really good colour tones.

My eye is drawn to the out of focus object in the foreground which is distracting and competes with your focal point (numbers) Watch for better composition.

Nice shot on first impressions, good composition. I would have perhaps waited for softer light and the white light is too harsh in this shot, and washes out the red in the door.

The background is wasted space and doesnt add anything to your shot, I would have concerntrated more on the atcual door handle/feature as this is your intersting subject matter.
