 An enjoyable trip to a local architectural antiques and design store where there was many door knobs, handles and locks to choose from.

This was chosen from my 4th of 13 setups and 98 exposures. Whittled that down to about 5 frames I liked and this proved to be the most engaging. My last image was of one doorknob and lock-plate that was intricately decorated with grapes and vines. I placed it in front of some vines for shape and colour but it didn't stand up to this image. A great learning experience.

for me this is just way to busy and I really do not like the sepia toning...it's very distracting IMO
