Watch Birdby mBastinComment: A more interesting composition (aka not centered) would help this image stand out more. I like the vibrantly orange beak! |

Spring Beautyby bnileshComment: Beautiful colors, excellent focus, and very cute kid :-)
The flower seems a little overexposed at some of the tips, but that is a minor nitpick. |

Atomic Tangerineby libertyComment: You know you have succeeded in a portrait of any kind, when the viewer can not look away from the subject's eyes. Which I can't!
I truly love this photo. The colors are rich, the composition interesting, the DoF perfect, and THAT EYE!!!!!
10 from me, hope this does well :-) |

by any other colour would be as sweet?by jonksterComment: I think desaturating was the wrong choice for this challenge. The whole point was to have color (orange), and I think there will be many that will vote you down for this. I do like the different textures that are presented in this picture from the peels, skin, table, leaves etc. |

The Volcano by heidahbComment: Icelands volcano? A quite popular theme in this challenge for such a rare phenomenon. I do think I like this one best of the volcano shots. Lovely colors and composition. |

Orange Flowerby kprasad9375Comment: Abstract, and I like it. I do think the depth of focus could be a little bigger, not to put the entire "flower" into focus, but just to give a little more sharp area to look at. |

Hugh: "The Presentation of an Orange Raspberry..."by 777STANComment: The overall image has a very yellow tinge, which is not very pleasing to the eye. This could be corrected either in Photoshop using Curves or Color Balance, or in the camera itself by changing the White Balance.
The face is cute, and certainly orange, but I think voters are going to dock you because this gives a very hurried thrown together impression. |

At the playgroundby NeatComment: I like the symmetry, but this image needs a wow factor that makes it interesting to the viewer. Good use of orange. |

Dimplesby bcrantsComment: For my taste this is a little underexposed. I know that the darkness is what brings out the dimples more, which is the focus of your image. But with the darkness you are also losing part of the orange in the bottom left, which I think is necessary to keep. Good composition |
